Samson

I read the story about Samson in Judges 13 to 16. He was a Nazirite, and that he was given immense strength to aid him against his enemies and allow him to perform showing ability to achieve, including slaying a lion with his bare hands and massacring an entire army of Philistines using only the jawbone of a donkey. However, if Samson’s long hair were cut, then his Nazirite vow would be violated and he would lose his strength.

Delilah betrayed Samson, she was a lover of Samson, she was sent by the Philistines officials to entice him, orders a servant to cut his hair while he is sleeping and turns him over to his Philistine enemies, who scoop out his eyes and force him to grind grain in a mill at Gaza. While there, his hair begins to grow again. When the Philistines take Samson into their temple of Dagon, Samson asks to rest against one of the support pillars. After being granted permission, he prays to God and miraculously recovers his strength, allowing him to bring down the columns, collapsing the temple and killing himself as well as all of the Philistines.

I had watched the movie about Samson. He was stronger than the lion. After he was praying to the Lord for strength.

“Sovereign Lord, remember me. Please, God, strengthen me just once more, and let me with one blow get revenge on the Philistines for my two eyes.”~Samson, Judges 16:28

Fight For Love

8th is here you come
And now go…

Ought to be out
Can we set apart?
The answer is yea
Ought to do acceptance
Because of it’s the law
Either way we like or not
Radically do the law

But…

Blah the world, ‘cause it isn’t love. We gotta fight for love. Yeah!
Blah the world that they think they can hate. We gotta fight for love, oh, yeah

Love to whoever you love. And when they tell you that you can’t love, you gotta fight for love. How can you feel weak when you are not allowing to love to anyone? Ignore them, you gotta fight for love, fight for love!

I miss my love, but right now…I…got to move on. I love myself and take care of myself and my son. I exercise, eating well. I still participate The Grow Young fitness program. It’s isn’t easy but worth it.

I belong to my beloved,
and his desire is for me.~Song of Songs 7:10

The Rebuilding Village

A village can be rebuilt,
a warrior can die only once.
~the father of Uhtred of Bebbanburg

Last month was Hurricane Ian. I’m so thankful for my life, my son’s life and family’s life, as we did not have that hurricane touch our home area. The hurricane was already passed us. I read and watched the news about how the hurricane survivors fought for life. They left their home for safety and came back to see empty. So, what to do with their home? Somebody coming to help rebuild the village by donating and repairing the damages done by Hurricane Ian. Time for healing.

When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.
~Isaiah 43:2

Our Deliverance

The times are tough. We pray to the Lord for our deliverance. We praise the Lord:

Delivery us, Lord
Ease our anxieties, Lord
Life is Gift
Immaculate Jesus we pray for our deliverance
Vulnerability that we need You protect us
Emmanuel, God with us
Rich is not saving us, but You Lord save us
Abundant life that we are so thankful for
Church that we go to and pray for our deliverance
Each of us pray for our deliverance

So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.~ Isaiah 41:10

Fighting For Housing Rights

Two years ago I was forced to move to Ocala for two reasons: disability and familial status. Backup originally happened in the fall of 2018, I moved back to my hometown and I tried to find an apartment. The first one denied me saying, “I don’t see you have previously landlord information.” The second one denied me saying, “Your income is not enough for payment for rent.” So I stayed with my great uncle for a while until I made it to complex apartment in January 2019. But the problem is I lived in that for only eight months. As my former landlord decided to evict me while I was pregnant with my only child for the dumb unfair reason.

In late February 2020, I was in the dangerous women’s shelter that DSS (social service), youth pastor, and the youngest ASL interpreter from my former church put me in. Originally the interpreter planned to pay me for a hotel room and stayed there until I find a new apartment home but youth pastor changed her plan for putting me in that shelter for free as to get away with having anyone in the shelter beat me up and almost killed my unborn son. That church makes me mad. So after incident, I had no choice because of no one helping me find an apartment which violates my housing rights. I tried to file my complaint against:

1. DSS for not doing the proper job on homeless and lazy putting me in the dangerous shelter

2. Angel Brown, a social worker who asked me illegal question, “Why do you want your baby to born in here Buffalo?” After she slowly helping me find apartment. I tried to get her hurry up before I was forced to move out to Ocala.

3. The hypocrite church that does not helping me with my needs for finding apartment.

While I still live in the wrong town, Ocala I cry almost every day and I communing with my Lord. I wish that I never renting my first wrong Buffalo apartment, attending that hypocrite church, and now just imagine that I am not in the wrong time. I keep fighting for my housing rights.

You have a right to live in a place and do not let anyone violate your housing rights. Because of I believe that a home is for everyone.

If there is a poor person among you, one of your brothers, in any of your towns in your land which the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not harden your heart, nor close your hand from your poor brother; but you shall fully open your hand to him, and generously lend him enough for his need in whatever he lacks. Be careful that there is no mean-spirited thought in your heart, such as, ‘The seventh year, the year of release of debts, is near,’ and your eye is malicious toward your poor brother, and you give him nothing; then he may cry out to the Lord against you, and it will be a sin in you.~Deuteronomy 15:7-9

The Poetic Warrior

🗡
I think of the better words
To form a new poem
But I struggle with the best words
So, I'm going to take out my sword
And carve the best warrior poem
And to win the nice home

What is poetic warrior?
To battle with choosing the best words
And to form a new poem
So, I'm going to roam and roam

To view the land that I belong
I hear the beautiful birdsong
Ah, I'm taking out my sword
And carve the best words
Into the great warrior poem

To those who love poetry, Happy National Poetry Day!💚🤟🏼

Be a Defensive – Part Two

Hope House Shelter in Buffalo, NY

As of yesterday I discussed about no murder, now about trashing one another as violating the rights to protect self. Be a defensive, you never know if anything happens to you. And if someone convict trashing you to the unsafe place. Trashing one another is a serious problem. The word “trash” means “get rid of” and “insult”. In my experience, I feel unwelcome and trashed in my hometown. And I decided to leave the so-called Christian church for good. Many reasons why they do their own rules which conflict with the Bible. They do not think of two criminals crucified with Jesus. As they do not believe in forgiveness anymore. Also, they do not help people in need.

If you need a place to live, go to hotel, not shelter, and stay there for a while until you find a new home. I wish my former church would have been helping me out to get a place to live but they trashed me to the dangerous place, the shelter. Luckily my son and I were safe and unharmed. I no longer trust that church. Because of they treat me different like they don’t welcome me. They trash me. To the shelter. And ALSO, the worst place is out of the state of the wrong children’s hospital. My son and I were survived. We are so lucky to have God rescuing us. So I moved to the new church, it’s online church. We haven’t visiting it in person yet. But maybe we will, if we have a chance to visit.

What saddens me is that the so-called Christian church has put me and my son’s father apart. He always wants to loving me and our son and caring for us. But this church does not follow 1 Timothy 5:8. I’d be a defensive against anyone who has trashing me to the hazardous site.

When you move to a new place, get ready. Don’t let anyone put you down by wanting to trash you as you’d like them to welcome you and allow you to live in a place where you want to live.

That’s all for tonight. Tomorrow is a new devotional.

Be a Defensive

Today I looked up the old sermon from last year. It is about “Thou shall not murder”. The truth is everyone wants to be alive, don’t want someone else to kill. If anyone wants to kill you, get ready. Be a defensive! Run for your life! And finish the battlefield. I’m saying that there is an angry petitioner who doesn’t care about your life but a sweet refuge for what you did.

If you are a born-again Christian, you will need to re-share the scripture Matthew 5:21-26 with a person who claims to be a Christian and doesn’t follow the Lord says, “Vengeance is mine.” So that so-called Christian is intending to kill you. Get ready for being an armor of God and a soul fighter. Stride and fight on behalf of the Lord. Until it’s finished.

On the note, I recently watched the ending episodes of DAHMER about Jeffrey Dahmer questioning his faith about forgiveness. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and was murdered by so-called Christian inmate Christopher Scarver that did not and still not follow the Lord says, “Vengeance is mine.” But the serial killer is horrible and is unforgivable. I don’t know if Jeffrey is going to be home with the Lord. It’s really not up to us, it’s up to the Lord. He decides to judge the people in during the judgmental day. At the end of episode, Jeffrey Dahmer was a “soul fighter” that could not defeat Christopher Scarver because Christopher spoke so powerful against him by standing up for Jeffrey’s 17 victims. My condolences to the families and friends of 17 victims.

Beside Jeffrey Dahmer, I’m going to post the part two of tomorrow devotional.

An Open Story of a Soul Fighter

I’m a Soul Fighter ⚔️

Here is an open story of a Soul Fighter. Yesterday I wrote a new lyrical poem called “Fighter”. It’s all about not giving up the fight for my rights.

There is a reason why I want to write about Soul Fighter. In my life, I don’t always win the obdurate people. Because of I have no power to stand up for what is necessary. So hear me out, I’m writing the story to express my feeling for being a Soul Fighter. No one can fight me off. They only can speak in power to versus against my ass. They can taunt me. So I use a prayer as my weapon. I keep praying to the Lord, asking Him for what I need. I have my prayer journal. I keep it. As it an important communion with the Lord.

Tomorrow Sunday, I will visit my church online and then I will write the next devotional post.

The beginning of strife is like releasing water;~Proverbs 17:14a

Soul Fighter-My Devotional Plan

“Fighter”

I’ll fight, don’t worry, ‘cause I know what I do
I’m not frightened ‘cause I roared like a lioness, yeah goddamned you
Braver than security ‘cause I ain’t afraid of you
Charge to fight your ass ‘cause I’m with the Lord that strengthens me

I am standing, I am courageous
Yes, I am brave to do this battle
So don’t expect me to feel rattled

Cos I’m a fighter, I fight whatever you try to fight with me
Like a warrior in during the dark ages
Look, I’m not going to give up ‘cause I fight in order to survive
And when I see you chase me, I’m going to strive
In order to survive myself, that’s I need to be alive
I’ll never be hesitant ‘cause I’m a fighter

La, la, la
La, la, la
I’m a fighter, goddamned you

Like Gertrud, I’ll keep fighting and fighting until end of the day
I’ll parade until it’s over, end of the day
Even if it’s not easy, like amor of God, you will see me shine
I won’t stop fighting, I won’t give up fighting until the victory is mine

Oh yeah, you won’t stop me
You can drop me out
You are out
Oh, you can’t stop me
You can drop me out
You are out
Cos I’m a fighter

I’m a soul fighter as you know, I still fight for my rights. It isn’t easy when you live in the difficult times. It’s so unfair for trashing my ass to the other state that I am not supposed to live in. I have a right to live in wherever I want to live in. I’m so mad when my son was born in the wrong state. But to God, I have faith.

Tomorrow’s October I am going to write my 30 days of Soul Fighter devotional. I will share it with you in October.
