Walk Stably and Faithfully With God

Yesterday I walked with my family. Walking is one of the best forms of physical exercise. It is more enjoyable. We also viewed the turtle in my favorite area of my neighborhood. We enjoyed it. It’s healthy in our body and mind. And it’s elevating our soul. Such a beautiful view! I thank God that he created this creation. I will want to keep walking around my neighborhood with God every day.

I read and examined both Enoch and Noah. They both walked faithfully with God. As a follower of Jesus, I apply their good examples. In every early morning I am reading the Bible and later early evening I am walking around my neighborhood for 30 minutes with my family and with my God. While I walk, I look up highly to the sky and pray to God. It’s a beautiful intention to live. As I walk stably and faithfully with God. That’s what God desire to see me do. And one day I will wear dress in white. You, too, if you keep walking stably and faithfully with God.

Psalm 3 is making me to keep moving with lifting my head high. I cried out to the Lord that I need to be removed from my hypocrite foes. Just like David. In my life motto, I’m David. And us, soulful followers of Jesus, we are David. We pray for the persecution to dissolve and we can have a deep peace to enjoy our bright quiet lives.

I accepted Jesus as my savior. It’s beautiful that God has forgiven your sins. You don’t need to keep looking at the regrets. God has lifted your head high. So keep walking stably and faithfully with him.

You Wonder Why…?

I’m not a lawyer but I read a story of a Christian man who he worked as a barrister. It helps him to prepare for one of the first criminal trials. Beside that, do you wonder why people conspire and plot against you?

I came across the passage of Cain, the first murder in Genesis 4. I read and examined Cain. He was jealous of his brother Abel because his farming gift was not approved by God. God accepted Abel’s young lamb gift. And so Cain was holding his grudge against Abel and killed him. The Lord asked Cain of where his brother was. Cain answered, “I don’t know. Am I must be responsible for him?” The Lord said, “What have you done? Listen! Your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground. Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops for you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth.” Cain said to him, “My punishment is more than I can bear. Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me.” The Lord won’t allow people to kill Cain. If anyone would want to kill him, they would suffer vengeance more than seven times. I find it hard to forgive Cain, I would want to see him die because he killed his own brother. But I understand this passage of God allowed Cain to live for living. Cain had to keep wandering on the earth and so that no one could kill him. Nowadays, people are conspiring and plotting against the respondents. It’s true that the respondents who have no remorse and so no forgiveness. Only God can forgive the respondents because we humans are not perfect. We do hold our grudges. You wonder why some of the respondents released to freedom early? Judgmental system is failing or no evidence.

There are many you wonder whys? in this planet that is too hard to find the answer. But it is a part of life to know what going on with the news. You wonder why people kill other people? You wonder why layoff jobs? You wonder why rent go up? And so many you wonder whys?! Hey, it’s okay. You are not alone. God created the first community: ‘You are not alone’ as in Genesis 2:18. Who? Adam was thrilling to meet Eve. Be thankful for someone who is there for you and want to hear your question about you wonder why…

Community is necessary for everyone. Find the community that can validate your circumstances. I read and examined St. Basil the Great in during the new year 2023. He had a monastic community. He was widely mourned and missed by many who were the saints.

A New Beginning

Welcome to my blog! As of the new year 2023, I begin to take care of myself and my son, Leo. I am doing the Grow Young program today and every six days. And manage my diet. In the beginning of last month December I was challenged with Daniel 1:12 eating vegetables with no meat. I was doing my eating habits as best as I could. I almost made it! It was not bad. My hair and my skin were improved little bit. This month and for the new year I am trying to change my food habits. Eating vegetables and fruits every day is the most important thing for my health. New beginning is not easy but Sunday is the beginning of a week is not that bad. Well, actually, every day is an opportunity for a new beginning. Yesterday I started to read Genesis 1:1. It shows the first three words “In the beginning” which is perfect for a new beginning of the first month of January. And the potential resolutions to attain.

In my beginning, I started to read the Bible in One Year yesterday. I am delighting in the Bible and meditating on Scripture every day and night as Psalm 1:2. Life is a blessing when it comes to reading the Bible. And the blessing is getting to know God and meditate his words. God promises me to prosper fruitfulness and liveliness. The best to lasting a relationship with Jesus.

My resolution for the new year is to focus my life on Jesus. Because of the name “Jesus” means “he will save his people from their sins”. Forgiveness is beautiful, therefore, I need a Savior. Thankfully, God can use me to do something better for my life.

I am going to walk outside and view the creation that God created, starting with everyday walk. I am thankful for God created everything in the universe and in the world. It’s no excuse for not believing because of who is creating everything. God is real, so be a believer and keep faith. I looked at Genesis 1:26 and I saw God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness…” I was wondering who are “us”? “God” and who other? I read the first day of Bible in One Year yesterday Nicky Gumbel explaining that the Hebrew noun for God (Elohim) is a plural noun. So who other? Holy Spirit involved in creation. It was through Jesus that creation came into being.

I come to conclude this blog post that you may want to start a new beginning of this year and want to achieve your resolution. Jesus loves you and forgive your sins. Express thankfulness to him for saving you from your sins. I hope you had a Happy New Year.

Things to do For 2023 & With My Vision Board

My Christian planner to use for 2023

I have a lot of things to do for 2023. Prepare for new life in new city. My time in my hometown was not working for me. Because of they have a good reason for me. So I want to move on to happiness and serenity. And at new home on my own to look forward with my son and maybe with my mom.

I have my vision board with me for 2023. My challenge is to journal prayer in every morning and evening in 365 days. My Bible reading plan is going to be Bible in One Year with Nicky Gumbel… I write gratitude journal and gifted Joy Dare with Ann Voskamp, and writing poetry… Sleep in eight hours, then wake in the early morning for worship routine with Jesus. Exercise for walking and The Grow Young program. Every 31 days Bible and Breakfast to feed me and my son, Leo soul with Asheritah Ciuciu. And eat healthier as of Daniel 1:12.

My reflection for 2023 is education like school. And with Leo as he will be thrilling to go to school for the first time in spring season. Who are the right people to associate with me? I need to analyze every profile and learn the facts and lessons. Study History, News, and Biography. Religion, I left Baptist and joining to study Anglicanism and convert. I haven’t visit that church yet but I will when I will live in new city. Right now I online watching it sermon. Encyclopedia (I prefer Britannica). I use World Knowledge Book, the easy to read when I was living in my hometown as a little girl. I miss that kind of encyclopedia. Right now I’m going to use Britannica for biblical people and history. Dictionary (I use Dictionary.com but now use Oxford English Dictionary as real dictionary for the daily word to express a sentence just like I learned from English class at my high school.

I’m going to use this blog for my education, my Liturgical calendar and Leo’s activities starting January 2nd, 2023. My vision board for this year is to keep blogging and when I get a new job, I’m not going to blog during the work shift but after that I can blog. Normally I’m not going to blog on every weekend because of Saturday is free and fun, and Sunday for Church and rest. Blog is like school to me. It keeps me recording on what happened in the weekday. But if I work on the weekend too, then I can catch up with sermon or if work is later on after church, then no problem. I believe that blogging is a nice place for writers to blog what on their mind.

Tomorrow’s New Year Eve, I’m going to prepare for New Year 2023. Cleaning up my room and discarding something I don’t need anymore. Because of a new life is necessary. And my word for 2023 is “Serenity”. It’s my wish to be in peace. I don’t need drama to be in my room. I need space for my room to peace out.✌🏼✌🏼

Reflection For New Year

My half week isn’t cool. Struggle with attaining the achievement. I’m not in a mood to be a maid or nanny. I want to hand-free, but in reality I’m a mommy life who lives in a ridiculous home that my son and I are not supposed to. Sad that this reality is a big messy plan. So I have to accept the fact. I made my mommy goal (my son is not taken away). With taking a much cautious, I need to keep aware of what would happen if I lost him. A mommy love will never be replaced. Ever.

As I do my chores, I am thinking about my new life. I at first thought all the sacrifices I would get when I lived in my hometown. Although I was not exactly satisfied with this point of my life to be what others thought I was to be. Who wants to be starting over from wasting in their 20s and 30s? I never wanted to be, but I had no choice because I had no power to withstand the things I did not like. And the worst part is I had to look after myself. Like keeping my body functioning with no car to ride but to run around to catch the bus to important meetings. Let me share my story experience with you.

Looking after myself was a painful journey, but tough love is worth it. I had to do all the things by myself because of no one else wanting to help me but did get help a little bit. It was not bad, it was worth it. Although I was trying to find some time to get rest and searching for the serenity place, I realized it was hurting me. And the people who were leaving me out didn’t work for them. But sadly truth is all about money, yeah. So, once I decided to start setting up the healthy boundaries, a lot of negative people could walk away. They benefited my lessons because of I lacked the boundaries. When you spend so much of your time without being flourishing, you become so emotionally emptied.

I thought about all the hypocrisy people who betrayed my life and those I ran away from. I was emotionally cried almost every day and night. I was devastated and felt drained. It kept me drowning in my sadness especially over those I had a long issue history with. The religious people that pushed me to what they wanted me to be, and friendships, relationships, and kinship were no longer the same. Your time is valued. You don’t need to spend time on those people who don’t value you. So many times I thought people would do to me like I did to them. Truthfully sadly is they have no heart like I do. And they are hypocrite like I am a big heart. I used to be angry at myself for why’d I surrounded with the wrong people. I thought about why had I do all these things for them. I keep asking myself, “why did I sacrifice so much of myself?” I feel burdened and tired and that is even the emotion I want to explode my feelings with these ridiculous people. But I have to control my emotions. But I ran away as they would never find anyone like me whose is an easy person.

I hated that I invested my time with these people. I hated that it took me so long to wake up from being fool. I don’t need to dwell on time losing with these selfish people. As you read this story, we live in the hurting world the pains are worn out and need to be enough. Finish. Because of how I feel, I swear that I won’t have to go through this again. This lesson is teaching me the qualities that I apply myself, and focus myself first. I don’t tolerate anything that bar my bloom. I deserve many things that make me happy. I don’t need to wait for anyone who can do anything for me. I can do anything that strengthens me through my faith in Christ.

I conclude this blog post with “Value yourself first”. Don’t worry about people who don’t value you. Do the things that you love. Examine yourself and find your peace. But remember peace is God’s, you get to pray for it. And the action you need to take. Don’t let someone make the loudest noise that hurts you and your feelings. I have to be a witness to see the shadow that my life is like that. But I love what Martin Luther King said, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.” Yes, it is hard and hurt especially when you have no support. It’s just that you have no one to validate your needs.

Until next time, examine your surroundings and status. And what you need to do with your life. Reflect on the chapters of your life. Close the 365 pages and make the new ones. Ask yourself, “What I want to do with my life? Who are the people that treat me like I am exist? And what changes do I make when it is necessary?” I hope that this is helpful for you to get what you need.

My Vision Board for 2023

It’s dark Thursday. And I’m mentally sick but am restraining my emotions. I prayed to the Lord for peace and justice. I have doubts the question about Christianity. I ask myself, if Christianity is true, then why are there hypocrite church goers? Hmm. I am seeking the truth. And for applying the truth. I can’t go to the church unless it goers apply the scriptures because I need peace. That’s very important for me. I understand that “they are not perfect” but I have no tolerance for hypocrisy. I walk away from the past and now I am focusing on my vision board for 2023. Here’s a picture of my vision board below:

Thankful Family

Yesterday was a thankful day. Although my family did not celebrate Thanksgiving, I had other option. I was supposed to order a Thanksgiving dinner through DoorDash, but a boyfriend of my sister told me that delivery fee is expensive. I got it. So other plan B was McDonald’s. I ordered one meal for me and a happy meal for Leo. We ate chicken instead of turkey, lol.

Last evening, we walked around the neighborhood and gave thanks to the Lord for healing us breathing the air through God created the green trees. And the wind that we felt fresh from inside the heating house. Leo will thank to me for allowing him to view the nature and enjoy the creation of God.

One Thousand Gifts book

I am reading Ann Voskamp’s book “one thousand gifts”. It is all about blessings and gratitudes to the God who overflow my cup. I am sipping my hot tea on during this month of November.

I read the beginning of Ann Voskamp’s life. The sun fills an August sky. This story begins, the day Ann Voskamp born, the day she begins to live. She has her three letters name without e. Her name means full of grace.

I am practicing my true gratitude. I’m going to try one thousand gifts on my own. I am thankful for Ann writing this beautiful gifted book to spiritually educating me on how to live gratitude.

My Essential Thankful November message

Hello, today was extremely busy with a lot of chores. A bunch of laundry stuff and cleaning my bedroom. Now I am chilling with writing this message about this essential thankful month.

It needs to be a true essential gratitude. I’m not saying that it’s greedy but I only want to be thankful for what I truly like to have. There are something that I can be thankful for: soon a serene place that I look forward to live with my son, a lot of food that I can eat, the clothes that I love to wear. These are the essential thankful things that I can freely feel gratified with.

If you can’t help people with what they need, at least don’t hurt them. I have fed up and am done with the toxic people who don’t care about me and doesn’t want to help me with anything else I need. I am truly grateful for those who can help me and I give thanks to the Lord for being there for me and my son and for bringing blessings to us.

Yesterday I hadn’t shared my new lyrical poem video with you. It’s about fighting for my human rights. So, here you go.

I am still fighting for my true gratitude. I hope you had a first blessed day of this new month.

With sincere gratitude,

Loi

My Last Day of Soul Fighter Devotional

Tomorrow is the last day of October and Halloween. This month was my chance to fight for what is the best. The next new month of November will be thankful for what I have. And I pray for the true gratitude like what I need if you know what I mean. To be thankful for a free America in the name of Jesus.

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.~2 Timothy 4:7

Be careful that there is no mean-spirited thought in your heart, such as, ‘The seventh year, the year of release of debts, is near,’ and your eye is malicious toward your poor brother, and you give him nothing; then he may cry out to the Lord against you, and it will be a sin in you.~Deuteronomy 15:7-9
