Good evening!
Tonight I went to see JESUS film-Deaf Mission. It was touching and inspiring. This deaf movie is based on Jesus’s message from the Holy Bible. There is this film that has Closed-Caption for the hearing people who don’t know ASL sign language.
When I entered the theatre, I didn’t see my church people. I’m the only one who I was with five deaf people who were not the members of my church. I got that my church people were at the other theater. I picked this theater because it was 25 minutes away from my home, close to is best cheap commute and save some gas. Because of gas prices are expensive and everything goes up. The other theater is like nearly 40 minutes away… and since I do not have a driver’s license. I’m trying to get license and so I can own my transportation. But it’s not easy to accept that I can’t drive because my parents believe that panic attacks can’t drive. And because of my former psychiatrist told them that I could not drive but she didn’t tell me alone. Hmm. But I had other psychiatrist told me I could if only I use my sight skills to keep my eyes on the road and not on my thoughts that can’t pay attention to driving. So, where I currently live in non-public transportation, only medical transportation with no church, no mall, no plaza and every non-medical place I could enjoy to go out with my child. It’s extremely hard for me. The only place I live in is closest to the community. That it. I feel like prison . When will I feel free to ride anywhere I want to go?!
Okay, I got to go! I am so grateful that I got to see JESUS! Good night.💖❤️, Loi
