Who’s a Right Relationship? (Day 26)

Good evenin’, Readers! How do you feel today? Mine was dreamy. I dreamt about a right relationship in where my son was born. He was a sweet man who dearly loved me and our God. As of yesterday I blogged about Jesus’s love substitution for us sinners. He gave innocent to us instead of guilty. So we are so thankful for His cruciform love. The apostle Peter said in 1 Peter 3:18, “For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God.” The word “righteous” in the Bible is wonderful. It is ultimately about a right relationship with God.

I am blessed to read the important scripture Proverbs 10:21-30. It contrasts the life of the “fool” with the life of the “wise”. It also contrasts the life of the “righteous” with the life of the “unrighteous”. You choose whoever you want to be, rather you choose righteous or unrighteous but this scripture is promised to you pick righteous.

We have hope for the future. One of the criminals, who were executed with Jesus, that the moment you recognize your sin and turn to Jesus, you receive total forgiveness and are put in a right relationship with God. This man did absolutely nothing to earn this gift. He did not even have the opportunity to be baptized. Yet, instantly, this criminal received the promise that on that same day he would be with Jesus in paradise. How is this possible? Let read Luke 23:26-56. As you read this scripture, you get to choose. When you put your faith in Jesus, He promises that, like the criminal who turned to Him, you too will be with Him in paradise.

In the results of the death of Jesus are not confined to those who lived after him. The death of Jesus affected those who lived before him as well. Jesus died for Abraham, Moses and Joshua. He died for the criminal on the cross. He died for me. He died for you. We are made righteous as in Romans 3:22. I hope you choose a right relationship and have a good night. Light and love 💖❤️, Loi

Jesus’s Love Substitution For Us Sinners (Day 25)

Good evenin’, Readers! This morning, I read the very beautiful devotional about Jesus’s love substitution for us sinners. He died instead of Barabbas as a substitution due to the cruel crowd chose to free Barabbas instead of Jesus. So, here is a little bit repeated story of mine. It is about my brief camping trip in Watertown back to the summer of 2010. You can read here. I would have a loving substitution for a dementia mother of my old friend, Loraina. However, I’m still alive. Because of the Lord use me for preaching the gospel with the world. I did send emails to Loraina twice and still no response from her yet. So, I give her time to think about. I also sent her brother one time. And I will email him one more time and if I don’t hear back from him, then I will give him time to think about it. I pray for these lost souls-siblings to open their eyes and see the truth about Jesus Christ.

This beautiful story is simply an illustration of what loving substitution means. God loves you. The amazing and wonderful message of the Bible is that God came to this earth in the Person of His Son, Jesus Christ, and died for us sinners. If I could choose death instead of that dementia mother of the lost souls-siblings , then you would never understand why I chose to love her and want her to live for her children. About the crucifixion of Jesus, it is perfectly describe the indescribable love of God. Jesus died to remove all the iniquities. He died instead of us sinners.

I read Psalm 51:1-9. It is perfectly matched the prophecy of crucifixion of Jesus. David cried out, “Have mercy on me, O God”. I have often used verse 1 of this psalm as my prayer of confession. David wrote this psalm when the prophet Nathan came to provoke him after David had committed adultery with Bathsheba. David received forgiveness from the Lord. Forgiveness is the joy, gladness and rejoice. David knew that God would forgive him through His mercy, love and compassion.

It is the amazing truth of why Jesus died. He did actually give His life to save us sinners. Luke helps us to understand this act of substitution in Luke 22:63-23:25.

With that beautiful being said, God turned the sinfulness and the failures of humanity that led to the crucifixion of Jesus into the greatest victory of all time. The cross was part of God’s sovereign purpose to make possible our forgiveness and the cleansing, washing and covering of our sins through Jesus’ death on the cross for us sinners. The story of Ruth helped me through some difficult decisions to make. Thru all of her caring for her mother-in-law, Naomi Ruth was always going with her. She chose the right path.

“Let me go with you. Wherever you go, I will go. Wherever you sleep, I will sleep. Your people will be my people. Your God will be my God. Where you die, I will die, and that is where I will be buried. I ask the Lord to punish me if I don’t keep this promise: Only death will separate us.”~Ruth 1:16-17

Psalms. It is a great source of beauty and comfort. So, I choose it.

Love is the Best Gift in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. It says:

My Christian Prayer (Day 23)

Good evenin’, Readers! How was your Sunday? Mine was a little tired. I’m so thankful for quietness today. I watched my church sermon online. It discusses how to know the Lectionary calendar and about Jesus walking in Emmaus after He rose from the grave. When I make things happen. I start to act and do something, this is the expression of my spirituality. But as a follower of Christ, I am participating in the Christian prayer. I don’t do the ritualistic pagan prayers. Because of prayer is not in the passive voice. I talk to God. So, my whole Christian life is prayer. I welcome God in my life and I participate in what He is doing in the world. God involves me in His plans. He gives me freedom, yet He remains in control.

I keep my prayer journal. It is like a letter to God every day. I made it in January and February. I missed one day in March and this month April but I caught it up for the two evenings. It is better than nothing. God want to hear your prayers.

My Words (Day 22)

Good evenin’, Readers! How was your Saturday? Mine was good and so busy. And I read some speeches of Winston Churchill. He became prime minister and delivered a series of inspiring speeches which rallied the spirits of the people. His words have become legendary. The language has us knowing how to speak words and they are powerful. My words are powerful. And they are the emotions of my mentality. If I speak the kind and encouraging words, I can change a person’s day or even her entire life.

My words are the great blessing as I read Proverbs 10:11-20. My words are like the flower that buds in stimulating the positivity of people. I learn how to speak words of wisdom. I am quiet and learn new things. What I do brings life, but not perfection as I produce my sin. I confess my prayers to God. I ask Him to forgive my mistake. I read His Word and share it with you all who accept correction show others how to live. One time I experienced talking too much, I got into trouble with my family because they didn’t like how I talked to them. So I had to learn how to be quiet. My words are like pure silver, if my words aren’t appreciated by people and they have offended me, I can feel hurt. But I am required to not to return the offense. Because of we live in the world where it the judgmental system. So, I can’t hold a grudge. As I won’t let someone live rent-free in my head. Instead, I return hatred with love. Speak my words well with other person can bud my spirit.

Jesus knew the Scriptures as He never went to theological college. Yet His words and language about God were so powerful that, in His early 30s, He was able to teach every day in the temple and draw in the crowds. The words of Jesus are eternal. I am affected by His words. His teaching is amazing at all time.

Hello God Poetic Prayer (Day 21)

Hello God, you know me
I am praying for the housing
And for homing me and my son
Sadly, they say that my income is insufficient 
I need your help to stimulate the greedy ones to be done 
With taking advantage of us poor people 
Hello God, hear me
You see me in Ocala hoping and hoping to get out of the hostage 
When the time is needed to be free
Free of pain 
Before making the worse 

But I am housed along with my son as a hostage 
And do I have to live in the boskage? 

Hello God, your way can help me guide 
I pray to about housing in about a thousand times
God, I want to know when can I receive housing?

Research Before Ahead (Day 20)

Describe a decision you made in the past that helped you learn or grow.

Good late evenin’, Readers! How was your Thursday? I was fine and extremely busy with the housework chores. I write this blog post about making the decision and it helps me to learn a lesson. Okay so… You know in life you make the choice. What do you learn from the mistakes?

When I got the wrong friend that introduced me to his church, I did not research it. I went ahead to join his church and became a member of it. I thought it applied the truth of Jesus’s teachings. But then I began to feel something funny about this church. NorthPoint Depew and it denomination is Freewill Baptist Church. I felt stupid about that. I wish that I should have researched that denomination before ahead to join it. Thankfully, my son and I survived from this hypocrisy even though I could not imagine what would have happened to us if we didn’t survive from the wrong children’s hospital.

Life Is Not Fair Poem (Day 19)

Good evenin’, Readers! Today I read devotional about midlife crises. As I nearly 40s I understand that things are very difficult. I need to take care of myself. Here is an old poem that I wrote from 2007 and edited this year. The name of it is Life Is Not Fair. Let’s read:

everybody has life is not fair 
the law is changed, and we humans says, “That’s not fair.”
We feel that the law does not care about us 
but how can we deal with unfair life?

Life is not fair 
and that is how everyone feels 
we must go through with unfair life 

why don’t we deal with unfair life?
We must handle to care 
To care for people 
We want to be fair 
We don’t understand why can’t its bear
Why does it makes us feel down with unfair life 
We still struggle to remove the unfair life 
But still life is not fair

My Son (18)

Describe a positive thing a family member has done for you.

Good evenin’, Readers? How was your Tuesday? Mine was a stressful day and a long day. So busy with my son’s appointments and getting records for his school. My son is always never leaving me alone as he is so much more loving to me. And that’s a beautiful positive thing that I can feel grateful for. I dearly love my son and I will always be on his side.

Few Steps to a God-Centered Life (Day 17)

Good evenin’, Readers! What steps do you need to take to lead a God-centered life and what in order to get there? Mine are following Jesus, worshipping and serving God, and keep my prayers.

I am invited to worship God. God is awesome that I can praise. And you are invited to clap your hands and shout with joy to God, too. The Lord Most High is the great King over all the earth. He helps us defeat our enemies. He put those people under our control. Worship is quite emotional and noisy. And there is great joy in worship, as adoration and amazement of God. These are great ways of expressing your worship of the Lord. Worship includes the use of emotions to express your love and gratitude to God and to bring Him honor.

How do I keep my prayers? I use a prayer journal to jotting down my thoughts of prayer to God. Like the letter to God. Jesus teaches us how to always pray and not give up. You can talk to God in anywhere and at anytime. In my prayer experience, I was taught in my Christian life that prayer is always matched to what God want. So, keep talking to Him until you receive your prayers answered.

In my own life, I have experienced the sense of what seems to be a great separation from God. The peace and joy that Jesus offers. The wonderful news is that Jesus has rescued us from the deserved punishment and curses.
