Why I Don’t Like Myself and How Can I Like Myself?

Me in my neighborhood

Why I Don’t Like Myself?

My story is not special. I has no assertion. Because of people tend to force me what I don’t like. This makes me not like myself, but I learn a lesson is to love my neighbor as myself.

My limitation frustrates me, because of what my abilities are. For example, no freedom for me. It is truly based on my experience. I cannot achieve to gain my freedom.

I had a learner’s permit. I tried to get my parents and people who I know (have a driver’s license) teach me how to drive, but none of them want to teach me. So I tried again to get my learner’s permit back but I had to start over again to take a test and I failed so many times. I cannot achieve the tough second learner’s permit test. It frustrates me! How wrongful they are!

How Can I Like Myself?

There are two skills that I can do for the people. 1) I cook a meal and feed  the hungry people. And 2) I give the medicine and care for the sick people. These are the skills that I can do. The qualities that I practice are studious, patient, compassionate, generous, and kind.

What are my brief checklist?

1. I set realistic goals. The goals are to learn how to compose the music for my poems/lyrics, learn French, and learn how to sew the dolls.

2. As a good worker, I can take a pleasure in whatever work I do at home or home school by doing it skillfully and conscientiously.

3. I pick my friends carefully who are truly interested in my welfare, …build me up.

4. I can be a closet friend of the Lord. He is my high and my fortress.

The Last Day of Camping in Florida

4/20/14

This was the last day of camping in Florida. We enjoyed the camping and yet worked together as family and friendship. That was a productive long weekend!

We left the camping at 11:00am until we got to the Raven Family’s house. We stayed there for a while and then to eat in dinner at Golden Corral Buffet.

In Golden Corral Buffet, we ate the delicious dinner and our waitress was friendly. She was doing a good job and we gave her a good tip. She thanked us. But a new rule for Golden Corral Buffet is not to share the food from the buffet as the price that you have to pay. Does this restaurant need money? I think that is wasteful when you get full and sharing the food with one another is important than making money. Money is worthless. One day, the Golden Corral Buffet will no longer sell and that business is going down. That is true as Revelation explains it will happen, no joke.

After Golden Buffet, I went to Dollar General and bought a thing for my personal need, second to Walgreen for my family and Nielo needs and then to his home.

Camping in Florida 3: Walking to the Beach and Many Things in Spanish Area

4/19/14

I got up early in the morning and I went to the shower. However, I was stopped by a cleaning man who he did not finish cleaning. I thought it open at 6:00 am, but supposed to be at 7:00 am because he let me in at 6:45 am. He was nice.

After I took shower, I helped my parents to clean up the dirty tent floor. I rested with doing something first, and then to 11 campsite for breakfast. The breakfast was good. And when I was done with eating it, I walked with my parents to the beach. The campers there were friendly greeting to us.

After we walked from the wavy beach, I got rested and read the verses quotation.

Again, we went to the Spanish area and we explored with the two dogs, Papi and Zoey. There were many and many things we loved and we bought only sweet popcorn. I ate some and I liked it. But my hands were sticky and so I did wash in the public restroom. Then we went back to our camp site.

Camping in Florida 2: Explore the Spanish Area

4/18/14

After eight in the morning, I got up and took a warm shower. I went to the Raven’s campsite 11 for breakfast. After eating breakfast, we went to the beach and viewed.

Before we left the beach, my mother asked my sister if she wanted to join us for exploring the Spanish area or stay with the Raven for fishing. My sister chose fishing. And so we went out to the fishing, added to Nitza came and joined us.

We traveled to the Spanish area, we walked and explored around.

See the opened bridge.
Weird that nobody in the boat.
Canada-USA border bridge’s sister in Buffalo.
Castillo de San Marcos is not free to go in, but
outside of it is charge of no cost.
Perhaps the Spanish soldiers came home after the war with the British soldiers for taking a break and rest.
In San Juan, it is bigger than this photo.

The Spanish from Spain had built the ancient stones walls for fighting against the British. The British won and the Spanish lost! No wonder here in United States of America speak only English. But now the good thing is Americans can speak Spanish as a second language.

After this area, we walked and explored the restaurants, the cafes, the art galleries, the clothing boutiques, the vintage stores, etc. and we bought nothing. Because of we were not rich. We were grateful for the things we had.

Plaza de la Constitution
The Spanish built the road and the last name of the street name is Spanish.

In dinner time, I ate a big chicken leg, cooked potato with sour cream, and fried plantains. These were the good food.

Totally this day was rainy, and no swimming for me. That was sucks.

Camping in Florida

Camping in Little Valley in 2019

I want to discuss the topic of camping. My son is just a newest life baby and is too early for him to go to the camping. Maybe next year family camping only, not public camping. Last year I went to the family camping in Little Valley with his father and his family. Okay here is the story of my first time experience my 2014’s camping in Florida.

First Time Camping in Florida!-4/17/14

We left the Raven Family’s house for camping at 9:00 am. But before we went to the camping, we stopped by McDonald’s for breakfast and gas station for Nate’s brother and his wife. And then we went to the camping. We arrived there! This was my first time I have ever touched the camping in Florida! I was always going to the camping in New York.

In camping, we helped each other to build the three tents and set up everything includes me, I helped my parents to make the air beds. This is what it calls the family and friendship.

Camping in St. Augustine in 2014

I was in a car outside the tent for getting rest and I observed the cute squirrels. I also saw the two of them were kissing to each other. Aw, how cute and adorable! They loved and were romantic.

We were heated up by the fire before we went ahead to sleep.

Is Honesty the Best Policy?

Have you ever been tempted to lie? And do you believe that speaking lie help you escape from embarrassing punishment? The risk is that lie will be exposed and a punishment measured out anyway. And you will not be angry if someone tell you the truth.

What about cheating in school? A director of campus judicial programs says, “Any student committing cheating on test will risk to harm future education and job opportunities.”

True, many get away with it. Cheating may very well get you pass the test, but what if your teacher find out?

How about if you like math or reading? If you like math, are you exciting about collecting the money and count what left you have in your bank? Or, if you like reading, are you happy to visit to the library and borrow a book? If yes, develop your basic academic skills. So that you may find yourself “not sinking” in the job market! Keep your tongue honesty. Rather than speaking lie, study and get ready for test in school. So that you will not cheat it.

The more you practice dishonesty, the more you becomes insensitive to do the wrong. So is there a good reason for you to avoid speaking lie? Trust, we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly. If your conscience bothers you to speak lie, pray to the Lord and keep God’s Word.

Speaking the truth is not easy. But you makes a decision to tell the truth. You will maintain a good conscience, a good relationship with your real friends. And best of all, the benefit of being a dweller in the tent of God. Honesty is the best policy you should ever practice!

Don’t Change a Person, But Respect

Me in the mall in 2005

When I tell you about what I like and what I dislike. You are better off to accept. If you do not accept, then obviously is immature. You can’t force a person to follow what you like and what you dislike. It is part of Life. I totally don’t know why you think that a person must fit what you like and what you dislike. A word “fit” means “suitable”, “good enough”, “relevant”, and “appropriate”. Also “match” means “equal”. Have you thought about equality is a good quality and in a freedom? So, it is not your job to cage someone. If you find someone that is suitable for you, then he or she will go for you: ‘friend or in love.’ And that’s great! However, if he or she is not suitable for you, then you need to move on. I know that a cult is requiring to fit each other as a friend which you are not interested. If you don’t like that kind of faith, then they should not keep you. I had experience and still experience for over ten years never let me go. It’s really challenge me! I can’t get out because of I have no job to be on my own. I’m still patient and that is a good personality. If you know what a person like and what a person dislike, then you are necessary to accept. Here are what I like and what I dislike below:

My likes:

-I like to read.

– I like to watch the videos.

– I like to listen to the music.

– I like to dance.

– I like to play volleyball and tennis.

– I like to walk.

My dislikes:

-People take advantage of me.

-Bad reputation.

-Rumor about me.

-People ask me if I have a boyfriend.

-People treat me like a child.

-Arranged marriage.

All these likes and dislikes will not change me. If you don’t change these, then that is the best way to respect. And if you do, then you are mature. You remember people are human being. You can’t change them. So move on to the next suitable people.

The Making and Baking of Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies 🤎🍪
Toll House’s Dark Chocolate 🤎

Tomorrow’s the National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day! I made the chocolate chip cookies. Before I made these, I was settling up the ingredients to get ready for making the chocolate chip cookies. I know that making the chocolate chip cookies are always same and boring…want something new. I miss Ginger cookies; I miss Russian cookies and some other types of cookies. I will make something different when I add some items to the Cookies Shopping lists.

I prepared to make the chocolate chip cookies at night.

The Basic Making and Baking of Cheesy Greek Bread

Last four years ago I was a single lady who she had enjoyed cooking and baking through Delish. And that time she lived in Maryland. I had a great life in Frederick! Okay, today I returned to Delish and I made a kind of “pizza” is cheesy bread. It’s Greek. I was going to make Pizza Dough Khachapuri, the Georgian bread but I adjusted to Cheesy Greek Bread because I wasn’t sure what “store-bought pizza dough” is. As I got no time to research this. Because of yesterday I went to Aldi, not a lot of items are on the Delish’s recipes. Either Walmart is not much of the items. As I lost the track of time. So here is what I adjusted.

NAAN flatbread

I put the whole package of low moisture mozzarella cheese, whole crumbled feta and 3/4 cup of ricotta cheese in the bowl. And I combined these ingredients. And then I seasoned with a pinch of Kosher salt and ground black pepper.

After I made the Greek bread, I baked it at the oven to 450° for 10 minutes. Now serving. Delicious food!

Note:

When you are trying to follow the recipe from Delish or Tasty or any that have it recipe, don’t worry. You can do anything with the flavor. I learned some… 🙂
